is it a ISCG adaptator or it's originally on the frame ???
I thought that 2009 nomad didn't have any ISCG..... Friends

Those forks on that Tomac were THE gism forks made by KOWA. They are no longer made. Well KOWA's are still made but you have to live in asia to get them. Unheard of here or most other places. Similar to the SHOWA forks team honda used.
